A skilled Plastic surgeon, Dr. Steve Herring provides cosmetic procedures at two locations in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is the owner and director of his own Plastic surgery practice and the surgeon on duty at the North Carolina Breast Implant Center. Board certified, Dr. Steve Herring has performed some 15,000 operations over the last 25 years.
Dr. Herring is a commercial pilot and is also a Certified Flight Instructor, an Instrument Flight Instructor, and a Multi Engine Instructor. As a Flight Instructor, he has taught many students the fundamentals of aviation.
On the ground, Dr. Herring likes to prepare Japanese cuisine, such as sushi, and Spanish cuisine, including paella and tapas. He has traveled to many destinations around the world including Ecuador, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, and Switzerland. He also enjoys saltwater fishing, cycling, and playing tennis.
He studied as an undergraduate at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he earned a BA in Zoology. He subsequently obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the same university. He went on to Wake Forest University for his Doctor of Medicine Degree and an internship and residency in General surgery. He completed a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Wake Forest University.
